Technology Innovation : Finsys ERP starts  the new alerts of "Stock has reached Critical level" for some critical items, of any factory. Even basic thing like Deisel ( for running your DG sets).  The Finsys ERP shoots a SMS directly to the Maintenance / Stores  Head with CC to Plant head, for such developments. Finsys ERP starts  the processing and making of the Insurance Cover Notes , in the Stationery approved by the Insurance company. This is done directly from the Finsys ERP. This is using the Policy terms of the Open policy under the  Marine Transit Insurance policy. The power users of the company are quite happy. This has helped the company cut on the time required for the same.

Finsys ERP starts  the Auto Email of the weekly position of the Excise balances at the Rajasthan factory to the head office. Now the company management is loving the fact that now the painful process of asking and getting information for all excisable billings and the purchase modvat in hand, is now automated. Congrats to the thinker and congrats to the doer's.

Finsys ERP starts brand new Casting Industry Work in progress management module. This was made from ground zero upwards. A big new innovation. This has just one simple entry screen. and gives all information online. Gives stage by stage, what is lying where, at what level of completion The Vendor Productivity Report, Plant Ledger, Vendor ledger, RGP wise summaries, MRR wise summary, WIP status, have been rehashed..

London Metal Exchange linked Price movement analysis -- new format released in Finsys ERP.    with every change in the price of the base metal on the LME. The Finsys ERP shall give the information about the "contribution" you are earning . Think of this, every component you are buying is based directly / indirectly on the International Metal Price index and the international Crude Oil pricing. Now using Finsys ERP you can see how it is effecting you.

Technology Innovation : Using *** Blackberry *** mobile phone with Finsys ERP. Mr Sanjay Chauhan and Mr Puneet Gupta's team develop and commercially start the operations of the new technology. Now, in this special software facility, the MD of a company, will get automatic Email on this mobile phone, whenever any PO is made in his company, and is sent for his approval. He clicks on the hyperlink "Click here" to Approve. The Software directly takes him to the approval screen made in C# Platform on the companies server. Now the MD may see the stock position, Price comparison of that item, Price Rate History and name of Indentor etc, and finally click "approved" cell. The PO is thus approved online, Wherever the MD could be. He could be travelling .... still the job is done. Congrats to the MLG Development Team

Speeding of Database - increased by Table Partition. This new Oracle Architecture, has been implemented at a 100 cr Plus plant of a Tier 1 Auto Components Company. This will further improve the database access speed. Their Database size had grown over 3 years of usage of the ERP.

MLG team upgrades the Payroll Package, Making it even more user friendly, The ESI and EPF reports section re-hashed, with new icons, report description and Form-3A, Form 6A, Form 6A-Back, Form 5, Form 10, Form 12-A, and PF Register made more zazzy and their access even more user friendly. New Software launched with new Advanced options of "Salary Envelope", Salary Under Hold, Attendance Checklist, Bonus, Gratuity, Welfare Fund statement etc. The punctuality Bonus section, Salary certificates, Cost-To-Company ( CTC Calculations ), Ex-gratia reports, Overtime reporting section are also re-done. The LIC Joining Report, and LIC Leaving Report, is also a good addition. The Analytical MIS Reports, like Department wise Salary, Category wise, Grade wise, Cost Centre wise Salary costs reports are also available in these new "Add-on" Module of Payroll + HR package. MLG Team offers upgrade to this module for a nominal cost to the existing customers.
